Active walk & Start to Run

Mon 18:30-19:15 and Wed 13:45-14:30

  • Active walking, with the possibility to jog for very short distances

  • We start and end with easy-to-follow stability-, stretch- and breathing exercises 

  • We walk a (slightly) different route each week

Runner Ups

Mon 17:30-18:30 and Wed 14:30-15:30

​

  • Running at your own pace with a gradual build-up schedule

  • We start with a good warming-up and end with a soothing cool-down

  • Brief strength- and technique blocks to improve your running and prevent injuries
